Nose: Super smoky but different from a usual Laphroaig. Instead of that coastal peat note, this is more wood fire like...standing right over the grill or downwind from the camp fire. Once that dies down there's soy sauce to be had.
Palate: Liquid smoke, slightly sweet.
Finish: Big smoke, of course, and some smoked fish notes on the palate.
