Nose:  Wonderful nose of with cotton candy, candy corn and wood.

Palate:  Candy coated oak chips, very sweet with just a touch of lemon rind and a slight bitterness going into the finish.

Finish:  Just a touch of sweetness.

A bit sweet on the palate but very nice stuff.
