N: Honey, with a strong malt component, then candied apples, or more specifically caramel dipped apples.
P: Apples and spice, very far from a classic bourbon taste but I like it.
F: Medium long.

Nose is light, with caramel, and sour (like kind of rotten) apple hints.  Palate is rather plain, medium-sweet, and alcoholy.  Finish is long and alcoholic.  This is not great bourbon.
Ries

n: typical bourbon faire, heavy on the buttermilk and maple sap. Spearmint gum and vanilla with brown sugar on a deep inhale.

t: spicy corn, semi-sweet and strong on the oak with char influence. Middle is oaky with dry tobacco leaf. Dry white pepper finish with mint appearing. Decent, but one dimensional.  [C+.]
