Breaker Bourbon is sourced whiskey from Indiana (even though it does not state that anywhere on the bottle - tsk, tsk). Each batch is aged a minimum of 5 years. Probably a mix of corn/barley/rye for their recipe.
n: caramel and salt water taffy. Old box of Cracker Jacks with a bit of spice. Some warm corn sweetness and toasted oak.
t: Halloween candy corn, strong cinnamon, and bit of sweet mint. Like a spiced caramel popcorn ball at the State Fair. The oak influence shows in the nice finish with a bit of anise. Cohesive, but runs hot (especially in the middle). [B-/B, reviewed: batch #3]
