p: Pretty intense and sooty. Charcoal candy. Mouthfeel is a bit thin but the flavor is not. It starts watery and slow then really takes over the palate and lingers. The "heat" is just right. By design or accident it goes right up to the edge of needing to add water but doesn't cross it. It has the peat and the sweet and isn't much more complex or developing than that, but it does what it does well. Best Peat Monster yet.
