Palate: maple syrup, orange rind, marzipan, some oak notes

Finish: more maple syrup and orange

Overall: Nicely balanced with sweet, oak and acid, but with less of a rye characteristic than I recall from earlier years.

n: honey glazed peanuts, maple pancake syrup, nice woody nose of fresh forest air and a hint of vanilla.

t: maple sap and cinnamon. Starts semi-sweet corn syrup that turns to drying oak and slight pine in the middle. Quick finish is waxy tobacco leaf and pecans. Vanilla creamer + maple candy.

Good value for a standard bourbon [C+]
