Nose: Nice rye notes on the nose with some vanilla.


Palate: Very botanical with some juniper and lavender, then some dark chocolate.


Finish: Anise and herbs, then wood spice.

 

This is a great, spciy, quirky bourbon with strong rye notes.  Great stuff!
