Nose: Candy and Wood followed by funky, earthy notes
Palate: Grape candy, followed by rancio notes and caramel.
Finish: More candy on the finish.
Water really brings out those grape candy notes on the nose, making it smell almost Kool Aid sweet. On the palate, it gives it some lively acidic notes.
