Nose:  Lots of dry sherry and some sulphur.

 

Palate:  Deep sherry notes, dark chocolate running into the finish

 

Finish:  Chocolate and a bit of sluphur.

 

Well balanced.

Fuji
 

N: Rubbery sulphured sherry, resinous, incense, and anise

P: Dark notes of sherry, raisins, and notes of smoke (fresh struck matches)

F: Sticky sweetness

N: Rich rancio notes, oiled leather, smores, orange liquer
P: Perfectly balanced sherry, spice cookies, coffee.
F: Mentholyptus cough drops, silky mouth feel. Dry with a hint of pepper.
Lots going on in here, a complex and tasty whisky.

n:  Clearly sherried.  Oily leather.  Pine firewood.

 

p:  Chewy.  Motor oil mouthfeel.  Semisweet sherry with a hint of sulpher and toast.  The finish is abrupt althought something seems to stick.
