Nose:  Beautifully woody with oak and wood polish, toffee and maple syrup.
Palate:  Acidic on the front of the palate followed by wood but still some sourness with an underlying graniness (corn and wheat).
Finish:  Sweet and oaky with some fruit notes.

Yet another stellar Weller.

N: Some corn sweetness. Furniture polish. Wood - like an old library but not musty. Some vanilla. A light hint of apple in the background; some light spice. Overwhelmingly pleasant. With water it opens up and more gentle sweetness is evident, as well as a more pronounced vanilla. Light notes of fresh baked bread.

P: Sweet but not overpowering. Warming heat, more oak and wood, never too much. Perkier after dilution, with some dark sweetness a la molassess, some baked bread body, light cinnamon.

F: Vanilla appears again but not in force. Pleasant wood and sweetness. Dark cherries. With water - some cinnamon, cherries and more dry wood.

An absolutely ridiculous oaky bourbon. So great.

n:  Brown sugar oatmeal
