n: very nice nose full of milk chocolate and dark cherries. Deep and full of red fruit marmalade and vanilla oak.
t: malty vanilla and full of heavy sherry oak influence. The cask influence is very pronounced here, almost too oaky (and I like it!). Follows the nose with dried red fruit and vanilla cream with this lovely warm spice that drys the mouth and creates a nice balance that makes this a savoury sipper!
