Light, oily, bitter finish

Nose: Very light on the nose with faint malt, distinctly cheesy notes (Pecorino Romano?).
Palate: Sweet, very light, a bit of acid in the background, not like citrus but like when you throw up a little bit in your mouth.
Finish: Slight alcoholic notes tinged with fruit and cheese.

Likely a blend (tasted blind), very light without much in the flavor department.
