Nose is honeyed and malty, and a whole lot like Glenfiddich 12. Palate... decently yummy. It's not 'Fiddich 12 (well, at least I think it isn't) but if you start with that as a base, and add a slightly rounder and richer body (but not that rich), throw in a little extra maltyness and pepper notes, and that's what this is. Medium-to-long finish. If you told me this was a Glenfiddich variant, or previous bottling of the 12, I'd believe you. Not a bad malt for the price! C+/B-
