Light and refreshing. Dallas Dhu seems to always fall into the "lighter" category of whisky -- but this is definitely lighter than usual, although that presumably has something to do with the ABV (trade off: that's what keeps the price down). Slight grains/cereals flavor and faint spice. A good all-nighter background whisky. Plain yet tasty.
