n: Great.  Candied peat in a floral breeze.  If "The Sound of Music" was peated... 

p:  Chewy flavor although the mouthfeel is thin.  Great gently flavored sweet earthiness.  Highly quaffable, but you do notice the watering down.  The beast in me wants to try this at cask strength, of course, but I can sit back and sip this in a rocking chair for now.
