Note:  Apparently Chileans misunderstand the definition of moonshine even more than the US distillers.  This is AGED whisky.

n:   A little bit sour and funky

p:  Thin and varnishlike.  Seems a little unnatural although it isn't harsh or difficult to drink.  It almost tastes like they made the cuts different than usual.  I don't see myself drinking this more than once.
