Alcoholy, spiritous, vodka-esque nose. Slightly grassy and spicy. The palate is quite good -- for a moment. There's a tasty spice aspect to this -- mostly cinnamon. I imagine that's why this was chosen to be bottled. Unfortunately, after a few sips, the alcohol rockets to center stage, especially in the Everclear, worst-part-of-a-jello-shot finish.
