n: Potting soil in a deep tin bucket

p:   Chewy.  Soil, ash, band-aid.  As "peat" flavors go, it is fairly well rounded.  Perhaps a hint of maraschino cherry.  Not a big step up from the 16yr, but a step nevertheless, especially regarding complexity.
