A collaboration between Macallan master blender, Bob Dalgarno, and Spanish chefs Josep, Joan and Jordi Roca created from a combination of sherry butts, puncheons and refill hogsheads
fruity (strawberry and raspeberry), very sweet — heavy on the red ripe fruit and vanilla cream. Apricots and clove spice w/ a thin mouthfeel/body middle into the finish. Overall there is a good measure of oak but the tannins don't dry it out until the very end. Very easy to drink.
