p: Bread and earthiness. Beeswax and lemon. There's a lot of different things going on. Good complexity but it's a bit bitterer than (I think) is ideal.
n: hot copper teakettle, mineral, smouldering cherrywood, and dandelion. Damp earth, dried yuzu, and sour cherry. Vey complex b/c it sways from fruity to smoke.
t: sweet + smoky in a savoury blend of grilled teriyaki pineapple and tart yellow cherry. Dark vanilla, raspberry, and bitter oak in a warm middle. In the finish the smoke lingers with a long a note of dried red berries and salted caramel. This is meant to be a slow sipper with many flavours to explore as it evolves and breathes. Really like this!
