n:  Typical bourbon, though a bit more tame.  Hints of cream and sawdust.

p:  Great thick mouthfeel.  Sweet sawdust and old furniture.  This one sips very very easily.  Somehow S.E. managed to keep the flavor in the spirit while keeping out the heartburn that's in so much bourbon these days.  This should be sold with a rocking chair and am 8 hour hallpass from work.  Probably the best $35 bourbon in America since before the bourbon boom ruined it all.
