n: tar and soot with prune juice. Earthen basement, brine, and black grape.
t: burnt blackberry, mexican chocolate, buttermilk, dank earth and oily with a dense mouthfeel. Green tobacco, raw sourdough, and peppercorn middle. Long smoked berry finish that goes on forever with savory phenolic notes that come and go. This is fun, engaging, and memorable. This may not be most people's cup of tea, but this is totally my jam.
