Little Book is the first whiskey created by Freddie Noe, Booker’s grandson and the son of current master distiller Fred Noe. All of the whiskeys are distilled and matured at Beam.

4 year-old Kentucky straight bourbon

13 year-old corn whiskey

6 year-old 100% malt whiskey

6 year-old high rye whiskey

Caramel chew, leather, and matcha green tea. Cereal, strong vanilla, and dried tropical fruit notes in the middle. Heavy on toasted corn, the rye shows in the finish with a dose of dry cinnamon. Dense oak body with oily mouthfeel. This is interesting with its robust flavour.
