Nose: malty, sea air, slight wine notes.

Palate: Sea water, vanilla and mint with a hint of peat toward the end and a heavy mouthfeel.  

Finish: Rocky, coastal air. 

Despite being an in-land distillery, this one has lots of coastal type notes.  It's very nice stuff.
