Sweet honeycomb, golden raisins, and treacle. This has a nougat and toffee profile. Oatmeal cookie with cinnamon - and a hint of smouldering heather. Middle is green tobacco leaf and dried peaches. This is very cohesive and complex with a rich body and a awesome finish. Overall this is a dessert-like sipper with enough of a bite and some driftwood smoke to make this a whisky to quietly contemplate.
