Nose of heavy BBQ smoke, complete with saucy smells, like molasses. Sherry, and the scent of that strawberry topping that people put on cheesecake.

Palate continues this theme in a really great contrast of sweetness vs. smoke. Sherry flavors, and chocolate covered candied cherries. Some gunpowdery scents emerge after time.

I like this a lot.
