n: melon, malt notes, dark molasses, and parchment paper. Fresh cut pear, fruity sherry oak.
t: initially sweet with vague fruit, boiled ginger, and old wood. Rounded and waxy, gentle spice and note of anise. Middle has a slightly weird off-putting metallic note and a weak mouthfeel. Nice malty finish of Golden Grahams with a bit of green grass and dry ash. Mature but nothing memorable.
