n: fruity/brandy on the nose. Heaping of molasses sugar - sticky and carmelized, with burned brown butter and more dried dark fruit. Dark toasted wheat bread with butter, orange marmelade, and strawberry preserves.

t: wow, rich and dense vanilla caramel with a hint of scalded raspberry. Cinnamon hot candy, prunes dipped in milk chocolate in the middle. The body has a nice density with a warming high proof bite to this. Dry finish has walnut, orange peel, and burnt match. A whisky to savour for a very long time.  [A/A-.]
