Dark honey and vanilla, with golden tropical fruit mixed in with some maritime notes of brine and olive oil. Strangely sweet and grassy with mineral, oak, and more dried pineapple. Buttermilk biscuit dough, green apple, and thick cereal notes dominate the middle. The light peat smoke appears in the sryupy finish.  [B-/C+]
