This is the bottle that proves that a core range, inexpensive 10 year old single malt can still be great. Exactly what you want from this kind of thing -- smoky and medicinal, to me the most medicinal of the whole core and extended lineup. Really a worthy malt, it had been a while since I really spent time with a glass of this, and it's a no brainer purchase for a perfect peated house malt.
