n: burnt cherries and toasted oak. Deep and fruity with a citrus tang. Has a bit of a musty note of damp forest, and a lot of Tahitian bourbon vanilla.
t: initial is cherry and noir chocolate, with a hint of ginger. Excellent old (almost musty) cask influence. Middle goes to deep black cherry juice and milk chocolate espresso beans. Vanilla wafer and dried green apple. Finish goes pretty dry with that lingering ginger. Very rich and oaky body. A-
