N: Musty boat cabin, dried apricots, fruit trail mix. P: More dried fruits, but till a bit musty. F: Raisins. Musty off note detracts, but overall an enjoyable whisky. Pulls through in the finish.
Apple nose. Palate is light and lightly sweet, with fruityness -- it's refreshing (as far as whiskey goes) with a spicy kick. Finish is on the short side of medium-length. This is eminently drinkable and enjoyable. Solid.
Nose: light and fruity with pears and pineapple Jarritos. Crisp and mild. Palate: very sweet at first with bubblegum and fruit, then some mint and finishing with malt and hay type flavors, almost an Irish note. Finish: Malty A fine malt but nothing exciting. B-/C+
