Fuji

Inviting sweet floral nose. The oak (fresh cut wood) shows very well because it has the perfect amount of sweetness. There’s also leather, black licorice and a slight metallic tinge of tin foil. Nicely balanced nose.

Straight forward tasty quaffable stuff. Not cloyingly sweet or over-oaked. Medium length finish that has the bitterness of char grilled green vegetables (zucchini and asparagus).
