The nose has sulfur and buttered popcorn. The palate is big sulfured sherry. The sulfur recedes mid-palate allowing for some chocolate covered cherries but then comes roaring back for the finish. I'm usually not one for sulfur-bombs, but I like the way it glides in and out, deftly revealing the fruit before swallowing it back up. Springbank sulfur nuts will love it.
