n: intense butterscotch, graham crackers, and apricot. Quite sweet and fruit forward nose with more dried tropical fruit and almonds.
t: gentle and sweet but full of golden honey richness that is tempered by a nice oak presence. Middle is where walnuts, plump golden raisins, and caramel appear. The finish turns oaky with a bit dry spice. This is nice and a gentle sipper but isn't thin on the mouthfeel and comes together nicely. The distillate really shows in this bottling. I'd rate this higher, but it doesn't have anything unique; I can see why blenders would love this. [B/B+]
