The nose is rich with dark caramel. The palate is rich with maple syrup, rye spice, and oak. The finish has that dark caramel from the nose and some chocolate notes. Really good aged Heaven Hill.
t: brown sugar, hard cinnamon candy, and dry nutmeg spice. Flavor is dense and robust with a semi-sweet corn side. Runs hot with a doughy center. Nice long finish full of oak and more cinnamon roll. Nice straight-forward bourbon. [B+/B]
