N:Light refreshing nose. Minerals, wet rock, white pepper, white gummy bear, and floral lemon tea.

P:Less expressive palate. Astringent tea, sour green plum, and brioche.

F: Stale malt appears on the lingering finish. Finish ruins it.

n: lemon frosting on angelfood cake. Unbaked cinnamon rolls, moth balls. Fresh wood paneling, paper pulp, and lemon wax.

 

t: hard green lemons, all-spice and cinnamon with a tangy sourbread note. Malty oak in the middle. Youthful sweetness (main flavour profile) with a sour note in the tail end. Tasting potpurri room freshener spray.
