Cask 6509  Refill Sherry  606 bottles 

The nose is full of fruit with a slight tinge of smoke.  The palate is big, sweet sherry with a slightly more savory, salty note in the background.  The finish is heavy sherry on the nose with some saltiness left on the tongue. 

Lovely stuff. Sweet and nicely balanced.
