The nose is full of hay with some medicinal notes, not at all typical of an OBSV, more like a Heaven Hill product. On the palate it's got a nice bourbon sweetness with a slight briny note toward the end. The finish has a blance of brine and candy sweetness on the palate, followed by a strong mint note with some wet hay notes on the nose.
Very enjoyable with a slightly different flavor profile from the typical OBSV.
