n: warm lemon wax, malty/biscuit dough, brown sugar with melted butter. Nice nose with a baked cinnamon apple pie sweetness.
t: follows nose but not quite as sweet as expected. Floral notes with a light hint of quality smoke really create a savoury balance. Cantalope melon wrapped with prosciutto comes to mind. Peaches with smoked seasalt in the middle. This is very delicate and light but it works quite well; all the small parts create a nice whisky with a honey oaked finish. [B/B+]
