The nose has creamy sherry with plums and whiffs of peat. The palate has some of everything in a miraculous, rich peat/sherry balance: smoked fish, milk chocolate, figs, a touch of sulphur and exhaust.  The finish is salt and pepper on the tongue with pure sweet sherry on the nose.  Rich, dense and delicious.
