Nose: Great gobs of peat with some sweet sherry in the background. Palate: Thick, oily peat with a slight sherry background. Finish: Peat-o-rama This is a great heavily peated malt in a sherry cask. It tastes like the old, oily, peaty malts from a decade ago.
