n: Musty old canvas cloth and purple jolly rancher

p: Decent. Peppery leather and lemon. Doesn't deviate too much from generic good bourbo.

B+/A-

Fuji

Predominantly dry oak, exotic wood and intense spiciness. Layered with sweetness of warm brown sugar, vanilla shavings and maple syrup.

Nice mouthfeel. Less complex on the palate but the sweetness and spiciness work well together.

Lingering dry oak

n: bourbon; hot cinnamon and caramel popcorn ball. Charred corn and freshly sawed maple wood.

t: warm cinnamon syrup on cherries; runs spicy and very hot. Very dry in the oaky finish. Interesting in its tartness and black tea finish. Serious high proof whiskey!
