Nose: Honey, rose petals, cinnamon and spice.
Palate: Deep, oaky flavors with caramel, quite hot;
Water opens up both the nose and palate, bringing more complexity to each, adding some citrus to the nose and some spice to the palate.
Finish: Spicy, oaky, a tad floral.

This was a really nice one, enhanced by a few drops of water.
