Nose: Fruity, tropical fruit, bananas, oak and roast marshmallows
Palate: Hot and oaky, slightly sweet. None of the fruit from the nose but all of the oak and some of the marshmallows. Water ruins it by bringing out solventy/alcohol notes.
Finish: lots of oak
