n: light, sweet peat smoke; heavy on the black cherries and milk chocolate. Rasberry jam and oak char, full and delicious nose with a smoke that hides in the background.
t: wood char and subtle spearmint. Cherry cough drops and smoke from burnt paper. Also a spicy element like jalapeño jam. Flavours are sharp and distinct but this all comes together into a tasty and evolving whiskey. Very savoury with dark spice, red berries, and that tease of dry wood smoke. Finishes like a Mexican chocolate bar. Great stuff, I hope they release this!
