The nose is light and grassy. The palate starts malty then turns sweet with a touch of fruit before fading into a pleasant finish, both sweet and grainy. This is a very light whiskey. It doesn't have a lot of complexity, but it's very drinkable.
n: lychee, baked sweet potato with butter, green tobacco. Dry grass, lemon furniture wax, + dusty oak. Green banana skin.
t: dried green apple, pear, and graham cracker pie crust. Banana bread and caramel in center. Light body of heather and honey. Malt and grain aspects to this to have rich toffee and green straw. Easy to sip, a nice detour from standard Irish whiskey.
