n: sweet peat smoke, salty leather, buttery lighter nose. Brine and a bit of wet heather.
t: surprisingly bold peat (with a sweet side), medicinal, and leather. Nose was tame so this threw me off at how robust this is. Mid-palate is buttered wheat thins and seasalt. Finish is sardine infused olive oil. Not complex on depth of flavour, but does the seabrine, smoked leather thing very well. [Almost B+]
Nose is ashy, like old cigarettes. Palate is a big blast of peat with a similarly strong sweetness, like peated simple syrup. Finish is is all peat. Tastes much younger than 15, but it's hard not to like something this bold.
