Nose: Fairly weak, just slightly spicey

Palate:  Starts out bourbony with caramel and some oak, then you get some of that Canadian sweetness and a little soap.

Finish:  Brown sugar/caramel notes. 

n: buttered wheat toast with oak and subtle rye spice. Warm with a bit of char.

t: powdered sugar sweetness and pumpkin pie spice. Blanched strawberries and buttercream in the middle. Then the oak appears and smooths the parts together. More cohesive and balanced. Caramel with a good bit of rhubarb at the very end.
