Nose: Caramel, light minty rye spice,

Palate: Caramel, oak, pepper, some vanilla notes. Water brings out some citrus and cherry notes.

Finish: Peppery

This is really great stuff with a lot of complex flavor. It's probably the best LDI/MGP bourbon I've had and certainly the best from the Smooth Ambler line.
